Over a secure connection known as SSL certificates, the monitoring appliance communicates with yours or our IT technicians.Communication is one way, where information is pushed from our monitoring appliance in your office, to your or our central monitoring station.In addition to this, the system will alert your technical team directly with detailed pager and email messages when it is required to allow us to react to any issues, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
